For OEM clients a bespoke design and manufacturing service is available to complement the range of proprietary devices. Manufacturer is from a range of filter media, carbon, and includes HEPAs and ULPAs.

Domestic Appliance Sector

Involves the design and manufacture of bespoke filtration products to fit any shape, size or performance level for products including vacuum cleaners, air cleaners, cookerhoods and de-humidifiers.

The range of contaminant now known to be present in the exhaust emission of a vacuum cleaner – dusts, dirt, bacteria, dust mites – and the concentration of such contaminant on the filter with the risk of volatile organic compounds being released into the atmosphere, has seen a general upgrading of the filters to HEPA standard.

NFC Specialist Products provides not only the expertise in HEPA filter design and manufacture, but also offers a unique filter media – Bactiguard media – that simultaneously eradicates on contact the harmful micro-organisms collected.

Developing filter shapes beyond the conventional is well within the scope of NFC Specialist Products. The capability exists to provide cylinders, radials, conical and trepanned filters along with a variety of cut pads.

Clients are now offered the ability to have their entire vacuum cleaner tested to demonstrate the true effectiveness of filters designed and manufactured by NFC Specialist Products.
