For OEM clients a bespoke design and manufacturing service is available to complement the range of proprietary devices. Manufacturer is from a range of filter media, carbon, and includes HEPAs and ULPAs.

The design and manufacture of air filters for face masks gives rise to some of the most stringent controls to ensure that masks conform to the requried standards that operate throughout the world.
While the Elipse re-usable face mask is a completely new develop by NFC Specialist Products, the company has - and continues to - design and manufacture a range of different air filters specifically for mask manufacturers.
In the field of particulate filtration NFC Specialist products developed one of the lightest, and slimmest, DIN40 P3 filters on the market – Maxsorb P3.
Filters to remove gases and odours require a different set of skills to ensure that the correct activated carbon is used to deal with the contaminant(s) in question. To this end, NFC Specialist products can meet the requirements of all ABEK specifications.
Where required, NFC Specialist Products can combine particulate filtration with gas/odour removal to produce a combination filter.
For mask manufacturers NFC Specialist Products offer a range of services including the design and development of the filters, selection of the most appropriate medias to meet test and certfication criteria, and the ability to manufacture both in the UK and overseas.
